MOVI GOING CIRCULAR courier

3Pstock has signed a “Going Circular” supply contract with Movopack srl, in order to encourage the diffusion of reusable packaging and therefore reduce the production of plastic waste. Through this collaboration, the Customer, by expressing their consent at the time of purchase, can choose to have their order shipped inside one of the reusable Packaging that Movopackprovides to 3Pstock.

Within 14 days of receipt of the products, the Customer can activate the return procedure (which does not involve any cost for the same) consisting of the following phases:

- Removal of the purchased product and the waybill present on the packaging received;

- Folding of the Movo Packaging on itself following the folds;

- Display of the flap with the prepaid and attached waybill, as per the instructions on the Movo Packaging;

- Shipping of the Movo Packaging via any mailbox or delivery to any Post Office in Italy and Europe;

- Receipt by Movopack in its warehouse.

In any case, the customer must follow the instructions on the Movo Packaging itself, making the pre-franked shipping address visible, also in order not to incur any costs for this procedure.

After 14 days from receipt of the product, the Customer will no longer be able to activate the return procedure and, therefore, will be able to keep the Movo packaging received. In this case, no further costs will be charged to the Customer.

The Movo Packaging can also be used to return products if they are ruined or / or damaged or if the Customer opts to exercise the right of withdrawal. In these cases, if the Customer decides to use the Movo Packaging, he will have to hide the small flap with the waybill and send the return to the address:

In any case, the Customer undertakes to use and treat the Movo packaging received with caution, in order to avoid breakage or damage to it.
