TERMS OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal, regulated in accordance with the law by Legislative Decree n. 206 of 06/09/2005, provides the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason with the return of the purchased product and the receipt of the relative refund. This right can only be exercised by the customer-consumer, or the natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to their professional activity and who therefore does not indicate a VAT number in the order form. To exercise this right, the customer must send a communication to TRANCERIA 3P DI PAVONI ALDO E SAMPAOLO MARIA ASSUNTA (hereinafter 3P stock).
For a return to be accepted it is important that the product to be returned has not been used or damaged, and has the original packaging where present; the package must contain all the components it was originally provided with.
Items must be returned with their original box, which is considered to all intents and purposes an integral part of the product itself; and must not have been damaged and / or altered in any way, nor used as the only external packaging.
The consumer, within 14 working days from the date of delivery of the goods, must send the Return Request form (download), completed in its entirety, by e-mail to the address: firstname.lastname@example.org
Upon receipt of the communication by 3P stock relating to the intention to withdraw from the purchase contract, the consumer will agree with the assistance service by email or by telephone to confirm the shipment of the package +39 340 407 8281 (Pietro).
The goods must be carefully packed in order to avoid damage during shipment.
Within 14 days of accepting the withdrawal, the customer must send the product by courier or by post.
Upon arrival of the goods, the employees will check the integrity of the goods and the presence of all products accompanying the original product.
Subsequently, the company will reimburse the consumer, within 14 days of the arrival of the package.
In case of damage to the product during transport, 3P stock will notify the Customer of what happened (within five working days of receipt of the product in its warehouses), to allow the customer to immediately file a complaint against the courier chosen by him and to obtain reimbursement of the value of the product (if insured by the customer).
If an order, shipped, is not collected by the customer, the package will be returned to the sender after the set days, and the items contained will be refunded, excluding shipping costs.
In the event that the purchased product does not comply with the description given in the shop, the collection costs will be borne by 3P stock.
